Fill the flask completely to maintain the temperature. Cleaning instructions: easy to clean and maintain use a mild detergent or dish wash liquid and clean inside with a bottle brush. I think I made the wrong decision. It doesn't retain heat more than 4 to 6 hours. Milton flask holds heat better than this. Try any other company but not this.
