I will not comment on Milton Products Quality, as we all know it's great or at best, it's good.But my main problem with this particular product is the Handle Placement. It's placed so high in a oddly uncomfortable postion that it strains your wrist when you try to poor water when it's full or even half full. It's not comfortable! The position of the handle should be in d middle of the flask to eliminate too much movement and strain to your wrist to pour water. And since it's a 2000Ml flask, it's heavy when full, and the strain of your wrist is more causing uncomfortable pain while pouring water.I suggest people to buy a flask with the handle placement in the middle (the traditional way).

This was an amazing purchase. Price is a little high but does the work nicely. It keeps your water hot for more than 12 hours which is a great plus. Thermos is durable. Can be a bit tricky cleaning as the mouth of the bottle is narrow but one can manage. Handle could have been more comfortable. Price is high but worth it
