Writing this review after one month of usage to warn other buyers of the design fail that makes this product unusable!Pros - Looks good, keeps food reasonably warm provided you can open it (you'll soon understand why).Cons - This is a perfect case of form over function. The grab handles on the top lid is ridiculously smooth without any grip whatsoever! And once you put hot food in it it creates a pressure inside which makes it impossible to open unless u use a knife to pry it open! I wonder who came up with such a design!Too bad I received the feedback from kitchen after a few days of usage - otherwise I could have sent it back and avoided the waste of money!
