The handle is partially made of metal and not heat proof. You will burn your fingers while lifting the Tawa. Pathetic design. Also High from center and lower from ends leading to non consistent cooking from the edges.

The product is really lovable. I tried myself and make dosas. It was a worthwhile experience. Only one thing I have noticed is that the handle becomes too hot and the company in their design should rethink extending the handle a little longer than the present. The cook will be safe, otherwise, he/she has to feel the heat of the hot handle of the pan.

Very bad product. The handle is so badly designed that everytime you hold it your hand gets burnt. Do not buy at all.

All is fine except the handle, Handle has rubber coating only on very small part which doesn't cover it entirely. Handles gets too hot if used for 10-20 minutes and the way we usually grip or lift off the GAS will definitely give you heat shock or burn marks on thumb or the index finger.I have many of such utensils but only this one lacks proper engineering or the design flaw.
