The pan already had some scratches, the handles also appear old. I washed it already, hence not requested for return. But overall the product is not worth the price at all. Also, many people have mentioned in the reviews that you can make 2 dosas at a time - No, you cannot. It can fit only one regular size dosa...off course you can make multiple if you are making mini dosa/uttapam. The pan is scratch prone - already had few scratches in new pan. The handles also seemed to be old like impacted due to sunlight exposure.
