It's design is not practical. Due to it's heavy handle, the tawa doesn't set on gas burner. It tilts, which is absolutely undesirable.

Very thin compared to hard anodised utensils hinges are not sturdy loosened after 2 months. Not happy at all

Excellent product for making all frying items including chappatis , but as it is not teflon coated dosas cannot be made on this anodized tawa. I did not want a non stick teflon coated product ,so I choose this 4mm anodised tawa which is value for money and an excellent product.
