I received 12 inches dosa tawa whereas I paid for 14 inches. Also, the tawa surface is rough and will definitely stick n burn dosas. Additionally, if we need to season these cookware repeatedly what is the use of such items? Food material goes to waste as every time 4-5 dosa-batter needs to be scratched and trashed!! To add iron to food we need to add excess oil! How could it be healthy while using cast iron cookware? It is just a marketing gimmick by these brands and people are falling prey to it by paying thousands for mere tawa like items. I also know that my review will not be published by Amazon as Amazon doesn't want customers to stay away from such inferior quality items.

It is an amazing tawa. The dosas are crispy outside and fluffy inside. Don't panic if the first will stick to the tawa. The rest will be perfectly crispy. You have to add oil and spread it equally to the surface of the tawa. Repeat this process for at least 5 times. And before making the dosas, you have to make sure that the tawa is very hot. Then you have to sprinkle water. And wipe it out with a cloth. And then you can make perfect dosas. And trust me they are going to be amazing.
