Strong and robust. Distributes heat evenly, my dosey and pesarattu came clean. Also mini dawangiri dosey and pancakes turned out as expected.Note to users: if this is the first time you're using an iron tawa, then before pouring any batter, ensure that you grease it with oil or ghee generously. Thus process is needed to get the non porous level on its surface. It gets better by every use. At one point, your tawa will become a non stick one till then you just have to take care of it properly. A worthy and health alternative to Teflon pans in my opinion. Go for this one.
