This cookware set is crafted from triply stainless steel with sheer excellence which includes a layer of aluminum in between 2 layers of stainless steel that has a healthy non-stick coating on it. This product will have no effects even if you use steel kitchen tools on it as the tool would not be able to touch the non stick coating but generally it is recommended to use nylon kitchen tools. Once I read in the description that the handles get hot, I saw the product design and decided to return it. The manufacturer should have designed a silicon cool handle cover or a plastic cool handle. Otherwise there is a high probability of the user gripping the metal handle and getting a serious burn in the palms and fingers.This is a fundamental obvious design fault.

After using multiple times I realised that tawa is big according to gas flame so heat is high on middle of tawa so need to roated continusly so that reason given 3 star over all good product

It's must buy product. Everything is just awesome about this item. 5 stars to it's sturdiness, heat distribution, non-stick, heavy material. Dosas just came out to be perfect on this. Not a single gram of dosa batter got stick on tawa. Go for it. Must buy.
