A not so good product. It’s handle came off just like that. There’s no way to re-fix it. And without the handle it’s difficult to get the “puttu kutti “ from the base when it’s steaming hot.

Handle came off during warranty period and they denied service but wouldn't give service denial letter for returning via Amazon. Don't recommend it.Amazon also denies any responsibility for watever is written on their site. Flipkart puts pressure on seller if they write about warranty on their site.

The puttu kudam by butterfly is really good. But the only problem i faced was that I did not receive the chillu which we keep inside the kutti so that we can cook the puttu. But luckily i had an old one lying around. Even though it is not the right fit it does the job. I hope the seller is more carefull next time.
