They are sending very poor quality scratched and old cookers. I replaced it first time but even the replacement provided was in very bad condition. So I opted for a refund. Better to buy this from a shop.

The product works fine till now. Heats up pretty fast, so doesn't take much time to cook. There is normal spillage of water as is usual with all the pressure cookers. Something we can't do anything about. Inside is also coated. So try not to scratch it too hard with metallic ladels or spoons. I try to use a wooden spoon for this so that the coating stays for longer. Easy to clean because of the inside coating. The only issue is that the washer around the lid came loose in less than a week and comes off sometimes. So we need to fix it again and check that it is tight every time we use it.
