The cooker lid was hardly fitting and also when it does fit after number of trails, It is like an impossible task to take the lid off in that process the handle broke which is really sensible. When i reached out customer care they first said to they will reach out then again change their words saying i have to take it to only service center which is 13 kms away for me.
