Made of hardened anodised aluminum the vessels have easy to clean surface. Been using for a variety of cooking and storing needs. I believe with a little bit of care in usage and while cleaning these would last a lifetime and still look like new. Found it ideal for slow dum cooking of biriyani and allied variety.

Great to cook and easy to clean. Almost non-stick.Not suitable for milk because that does stick upon reheating. Also because of the thickness it is difficult to pour without spilling. This is a downside of almost all brands of hard anodised cookware.
