I was looking for a milk boiler with round bottom and a handle on one side, which makes it easy for pouring the milk. With this boiler you have hold on the handles on both sides. The handles are short and becomes hot which makes it difficult to hold. Otherwise, the product is ok and value for money.

It's good to save time in cleaning the stove due to milk spills. It's not practical to remind to fill water every use. The sealing for 2 layer is not proper and cause steam burn hence returned it.

I have been using milk cookers for many years now and I needed two milk cookers to replace my old ones. I bought one of this and one of Coconut 1.5L milk cooker. I bought the Coconut one for the handles and the Butterfly one for its reviews.The construction of the handles is better on the Coconut milk cooker than the Butterfly one, as each handle on the Coconut milk cooker has two screws. All my previous milk cookers would have handles coming off loose within a few months of usage and I was very particular about having a better handle/screw mechanism.The Butterfly one is more sturdy in construction. It also weighs about 40-50gms more (about 10% heavier) than the Coconut milk cooker but has only one screw in the handle.I need to wait and see which one lasts longer.

Advantages

I bought this milk pot as an additional one to boil lower quantity of milk. But now am finding that the lid is not closing properly. Not sure if this was a packaging issue or has the lid got distorted due to heat.
