Bought the kadai in October last year and have been very pleased with the purchase. Just yesterday the lid shattered on its own while resting on the kadai in an empty state. I understand there is a 24 months warranty, how May I claim it?

I fail to understand why Indian manufacturers put IMMOVABLE STICKERS all over their product, and if they have to put stickers, why they can't put proper REMOVABLE stickers. This pan is RUINED by the stickers, that don't peel off, but stick as if they're applied with some super resiliant industrial horse-glue. Why??? First time it had no stickers; I bought another, and it had a sticker on the outside that would NOT come off, despite hours of soaking. Then I bought a third, and it had stickers INSIDE ON THE BASE, also IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE. Seriously, what is WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!!!

After using this product for 4 months I observed that it has thin bottom which may burn the food if flame not maintained properly. Overall it's too thin to cook with.
