Quality is decent. There are quite a few spelling mistakes in the warranty or product handbook that came along making us wonder if this is a duplicate product. They should fix that. The handles have a rubber grips which isn't holding tightly on to the handle. It also isn't covering the handle which allows it to move along the handles. This is a design flaw, if you ask me, as there is a high chance of you getting exposed to the hot metal part while handling it.
