From the looks and feel, it got to give many years of good services. Whether the food sticks to the vessel or burns etc depends on a lot of other factors also. The handle assembly looks appropriately sturdy for now. Best regards. Today is 11th may, 2022. Had opportunities to use the kadhai. It has to be used with different modes operandi than the one which is applied while using aluminium or cast iron or any other thicker metal kadhai. Best regards.
