Used only once and the condition is like the ones in attached images.The ifly plates have not depth also the plates got spoiled after first use and the kadai color inside has changed after first use and also the label of prestige has been melted not sure seems like its a duplicate brand getting sold.

I ordered this because I wanted a wok that could help me in poaching eggs perfectly. I had to return this product as the glass of the lid was not properly cut and I could see the edges near the knob. I found a good egg steamer later on Amazon. This product needs to be engineered well before selling.

One of my best and favourite purchases for the kitchen. Such sturdy built and body… and so durable. This multi-function kadai is a must have. Also, the packaging by Cloudtail was phenomenal. Even if the delivery guys played football with this packaging, there could be no damage. Excellent packaging. Absolutely nothing to think. Just buy it.
