Advantages

The pan is ok but the handle is poorly designed. I burned my hand several times while cooking in the pan. The metal part of the handle is longer than it’s supposed to be and heats up along with the pan causing burns whenever you hold the pan while its hot. I would like to return it and get a refund for the pan.

the problem is with the handle... it gets heated..leaving no length to catch and cook, I burnt myself 3 times :(..long handle would have been better.

All is fine except the handle, Handle has rubber coating only on very small part which doesn't cover it entirely. Handles gets too hot if used for 10-20 minutes and the way we usually grip or lift off the GAS will definitely give you heat shock or burn marks on thumb or the index finger.I have many of such utensils but only this one lacks proper engineering or the design flaw.
