I have been using this fry pan for a month or so. The heating is even, the items do not get stuck very easily, the size and depth is perfect, maintaining hygiene is easy. Slightly heavy thn the normal pans, but overall performance is awesome. Recommended for other to go for it

Back side it looks like steel kadai and front side it is aluminum. The oil is splitting outside. I thought to avoid aluminum that's why I have ordered this kadai but it is not fulfilled my needs
