Food will be warm. Not hot. Autocut function was not working. 1.5 Hours had passed still the red light was on. This poses a bit of danger. The steel boxes were thin and didnt appear very durable. I returned the product.

It doesn't work the way it should.It will take approx 1 hour. Ironny, is the whole lunch box casing will be heated except the food inside it. so, if you pack the lunch at 8:00 am in morning and want to have lunch at 1 pm then you will have to plug it in at 12:30 pm. Don't waste money on this useless product. No matter, its milton.

Defective product's refund ....after its return takes long time ...is it the mistake of buyer...why Amazon is not looking into the matter.....now till the refund come we need to wait to buy new product as purchasing the another one will block my refund money with amazon
