The bottle is a very old product ..Manufactured date is in 2017..attached the images.The seal of the bottle cover was tored by the time i.opened it and also the pamphlet ins9de the bottle was tored..The nipple was not sealed in plastic cover for this bottle and it was directly attached to bottleBack seal of the bottle wasn't packed properly..
