I alrdy used same bottle I bought that from shop.so I planned to buy another one I ordered different one and I am not satisfied with that so I returned that and order this again.I am using this for my office very nice and user friendly easy to handle . The bottle is very handy and keeps water chilled even if left in the car in North Indian summer. The only problem is that the base of the bottle is too broad and does not fit into the bottle holder of the cars.

I had purchased this on June 2022 and it's not even a year and it is not doing the job tht it says. It doesn't keep the water warm/hot. As it said there is a warranty for 1 year, I would request for an exchange.
