The flask retains heat very well. I have tried it and it retains for more than 24 hoursfeaturesit is made up of metal. the inner and the outerBlack parts which you can see are plasticit has two covers which I found to be an interesting feature. the first cover's main purpose is to retain the heat and the second cover can be used as a cupI haven't tried it with tea or coffee as it would need to be cleaned but I have tried knorr soup and it retained its heat for about 6 hours after which the heat started to decrease. the heat was still there after 24 hoursDo not lose the rubber ring on the first cover as it stops leakage and retains heat I lost the rubber ring of one such bottle The water leaked and it became unusable. As it is a metal bottle handle it with carepurposethe main purpose of the flask is to store hot water I also tried carrying soup in it, and it is better than expected as it retains almost the same temperature even after 6 hours and after 24 hours it still has a slight warmth to itnoteDo not drop the flask as I do think that it would damage it even though it is made up of metal it is a small bag given to carry it

The product was wrapped and packed with a lot of caution. I recieved it without a single dant or Damage. The capacity is is perfect. It doesn't have any leak, maintains the temprature of the liquid very well. Ofc worth the money!

I have the exact same MILTON flask....which is 12 years old. Performs well till today and keeps coffee hot from 9am to 7pm at least. Forget the 24 hrs claims etc, companies are cunning, esp their mktg teams, they will say 24 hrs but if you call them and ask they will explain.....IF YOU NEVER OPEN THE LID EVEN ONCE. They will say DID WE SAY ANYWHERE YOU CAN OPEN THE LID ?So now either milton has joined the cost cutting bandwagon by increasing prices and decreasing quality so that they benefit both sides and the customer benefits ZERO. Spur towards greed. Post COVID everyone suffered....jobs lost etc...but only these mfrs and companies refuse to accept such loss and want to recover it at any cost so that their books are balanced as if there was no COVID for them....even if the world ends they will swindle to recover and show PROFIT even during those times. They refuse to take OK EVERYONE HAS SUFFERED A LOSS. They want your money to cover for their COVID LOSS and want to recover it from you, by using all these tactics. ------OR------ maybe i got a bad piece. Returning it to AMAZON with love.

Horrible. Couldnt keep coffee hot for 5 hrs. Was luke warm after 5 hrs.

Advantages

Not good, taste changes within 2 hours. For example if you keep tea in it for 2 hours, you will get it some hot but it will lose its total taste and it will be useless totally.
