No doubt the product is awesome. I have a 1ltr one as well, but sometimes it's difficult to carry in small trips, so I ordered this 500ml. My bad I didn't check the product when I received it and when I take out for use by the time the return window date got closed. A product had leakage, the inside rubber was broken and water coming inside the lead. Thanks to Amazon and the seller (Hamilton Housewares), they are very cooperative. They understand my problem and replace it within 3 days. Thank you so much, Amazon for such awesome customer support and for understanding our issues and solving them.
