The order is showing 2 bottles, we received only 1 bottle hence initiated return immediately. There has been no movement in the return request statutes from 6 days. When checked it is showing as "return request verification failed". Am unable to understand the meaning.

Does feel like saying anything. Photos i have shared saying everything. Product is so cheap that it broken with in 15days. Seems like it was not a steel. Whatever it is it is , it is waste money. Milton was a brand. Lost the trust in this brand.

Buy this only if you need a bottle of this shape as an alternative for plastic bottles. The product is decent but could have been better in strength for the price. One drop and you are sure to get dents and i certainly did when i kid dropped it by mistake. Fits perfectly into most carry on luggage and car water bottle holders. The problem is mostly in the lid. Out of the two i purchased one is leaky. A couple of shakes here and there, it starts leaking quite a bit. I own the thermosteel miltons and would not hestitate the 500 ml ones even for their premium price for the heft, dent proofness and the added advantage of 24 hour hot/cold protection.
