There are cuts around the designs that's supposed to make it easy to paste them. But these cuts go through the designs themselves thereby ruining the whole thing. I get half stars and moons! In addition, the whole thing was folded and bent while being delivered.

This is good, but as you can see in the media given above, it doesn't have light of its own. First you have to keep it under light (in a lighted room) for a few hours, then at night it'll glow. It absorbs the light emited by the bulb or any other source then glows, but after a few hours or mins, it will run out of light.
