A prayer flag is a colorful rectangular cloth made up of pure cotton often found strung along mountain ridges and peaks high in the Himalayas. They are used to bless the surrounding with the Positivity. Every syllable of this mantra has a deep rooted meaning and signifies to purifies the realm of existence. The first word Om is a sacred syllable found in Indian religions. The word Mani means "jewel" or "bead" Padme is the "lotus flower" (the Buddhist sacred flower) and Hum represents the spirit of enlightenment. It is commonly carved onto rocks known as mani stones or else it is printed on paper or a piece of cloth which is assembled into flags. When an individual waves the flag it is said that the effect is the same as reciting the mantra. with each thread getting ripped from the said flag leaving the effect of mantra in the surrounding. while you hang them on your motorbike or a bicycle the vibes around will always be positive threads coming out of the flag will cleanse its surrounding as well.
