At such a premium price, one expects the packaging to be decent. The black lid is made of cheap, flimsy plastic and it broke after two days.The product works as expected.

It works for me. I have a hard time finding a lip balm that doesn't chap my lips. So i am quite happy this one worked. Has a butter like consistency and feel when applying and doens't have a waxy feel. The scent isn't great but it's a good thing that there are no added fragrances
