Can also be used after swim.I have been using this for a day to day basic and this works good.If you are skeptical, buy the small one and try it. If it does not work, use as a body lotion. My first usage my impressions are that: The smell could be reduced, BY A LOT. Personally I like the smell, but its still too much and does not seem to fade afterwards too. The finish is matte, non sticky and does not leave any trace, except for the smell. The cream feels water resistant too.further details I'll add later in time.
