I started using this product since two months and it works perfectly for my hair. I would use it regularly in future too. I had bad experience with the packaging though. More than 25% of the shampoo was leaked inside the packing itself. Earth reserve and Amazon should take care of this. I just opened the packaging today after 14 days of product delivery and I could not return/replace it now.
