Huh my hair has become a mess after i started using this conditioner. Though I raised the query with Biotique people, all they said is they didn't have any previous complaint and stopped responding to me. My hair has become frizzy, rough and is tangled and because of this, there is so much hairfall. Please do not buy this. Whatever they have mentioned on the conditioner bottle is false.

Product was broken . And the expiry date is so close that is nov 2023. And mfd is nov 2020 . Bad experience.And my hair is becoming like a brush structure after conditioning with this product. I wanted to return it but they are saying it is not eligible for return. Should we trust online products anymore now?
