I have taken manasamitra before not this brand but another variety of the product. A week ago I had ordered and consume them weekly once. Since I take it on sundays, I should say my Monday to Saturday is really calm. This tablet has the ability to calm a person body and mind. I would recommend this tablet to feel the calmness, serenity and reduction of stress levels.
