Incorporate plant protein like Black Chana or Red Rajma. Soak overnight and start with 30gms for lunch and dinner for the first month. Limit oil to 20ml per day and avoid milk and milk based items such as paneer, ghee etc. Have buttermilk for lunch if required.3. Avoid all junk food such as burgers. pizzas and store bought bread which has lots of chemicals.4. Brisk walking twice a week for 30-45 mins helps too.5.
