Dear sir," I wish to give 5 star rating but I am little disappointed. This is first time I am ordering from Silkrute. I placed order on 27 th December and expected day of delivery is 6 - 8 days and free shipping. Till date I didn’t yet received the package unfortunately. As I tracked the package and come to know that it arrived Canada on 2 January. I called Aramex and got UPS tracking. Status of package is in warehouse since then. Didn’t get any notification from them why it stuck in warehouse. Then I was told to pay for customs when I called UPS. Calling UPS daily to fasten delivery. Still waiting for the delivery ????. But response from Silkrute was prompt and appreciated. If you improve your overseas service I would continue giving orders and recommend you to friends.
