Excellent flavor. Have used it as topping on pies & garlic bread and even on an oven baked chicken recipe. The family, guests and neighbours are loving it. The only minor issue is that the texture is powdery and not grainy as I remember Zaatar to be. Even though.....great product

The zaatar had a very sour taste. Overall it is awful. Please do not buy it. We have no choice but to throw away the whole thing. The manufacturing date is also not printed making it very suspicious
