I bought it for a coffee replacement but it didn't work that way. It's good for shakes and smoothies for replacing coffee as it gives a bitter taste like coffee but doesn't have a aroma. I used it along with coffee in my shakes. In this way I was able to add less quantity of coffee and reduce side-effects of coffee.
