Helps with calcium digestion. I take it with my usual calcium supplement. Its helped a lot, even improving my overall digestion, which I didn't expect. A must for people with low calcium and weak digestion. I haven't used it for faster healing after fractures as no body in my family has needed it for this purpose. I would have loved it in vegetable capsules. But as of now, this is good.

I had a ligament tear in my left knee. This product helped me to recover soon. Shows significant improvement only after long term use (min 3 months). Tastes really bad though.
