I have consumed Brahmi when I was a teenager. That improved my memory, cognition, analytical and logical skills at a very young age. After a long gap of more than a decade I decided to try it again as I was being forgetful about daily tasks and being very stressful due to work related commitments.First let's review the product:Color: Dark brownSmell: EarthyTexture: Coarse (As whole plant contains stem)Taste: Bitter (I have a taste for bitterness, so I didn't bother much)Like many people I was prejudiced before purchasing as many have talked about sand mixing. I have written to Isha Agro Developers and received a reply stating it's due to the stem of Brahmi which gives the coarse grain like feeling during and after ingestion inside the throat.I have used many products from HerbalHills and this is still an unbiased review. I find them to be among the best in terms of quality. If you are ever worried about quality, I suggest you to purchase the same item from two different companies and check. I strongly believe others have sub par or very inferior products.For people who talk about froth and foam, this is not Rasna or Tang in terms of mixability. This is a herb and will be a herb, which should be used like one.Now coming to the effects. I am six feet tall and weigh 75kg.1. A dose of 500mg is knocking me out in a good way. So I suggest you not to take Brahmi before driving or at least wait for 90 mins. You will feel a bit drowsy when you take the right dosage. But this effect will wear off.2. Very very relaxed. Like very calm in the head. All the things that bother me have dissipated. Period.The same feeling I have experienced when I took Brahmi as a teenager.3. Strong memory recall from the third day itself. Feels like my original self.4. Stiffer erections as it strengthens the nervous system as well. So be careful before giving it to kids. Minimum dosage will be fine.Overall I am satisfied and recommend Brahmi over Ashwagandha for reducing stress, improving cognition and deep thinking. If you are worried about anhedonia, always pair it with Gokshura in either 1:1 or 1:2 ratio.Gokshura being more.

I really don't know, how people are saying it good.It tastes horrible, had vomiting after 20mins of consuming this. If anyone knows how to make it palatable advices are welcome. But trust me i cant make another attempt to consume this
