If you're a herbal tea lover, this blend will impress you a lot.It greatly soothed my tummy so I know its not just a case of tall claims, the tea actually delivers what it promises.I didn't find the tea bitter but then again I am used to green tea. You can always add a hint of honey to make it more beneficial and sweet too.For me the 2 ingredients that stand out are peppermint & orange peel. The only ingredient I felt was a little out of place (purely taste-wise) was fennel seeds. But they are great for digestion so no complaints.I got free samples with this tea too! The Indian Chai seems poised to take over the tea market by storm! What's a relief is that they are actually good!
