I literally have to tie the tea bag string before using because the tea bags and and string are both entirely polyester and they're always stuck to each other and the string breaks and i have to tie it together to use it. Just ruins the experience. Never ordering again. This company needs to fix their tea bags. A simple tea bag with natural material is better than dipping plastic in hot water and drinking wonder how many carcinogens and chemicals we take in because of their bad tea bags.
