After a cold chilly & dormant winter comes the first flush Darjeeling teas The first harvest which takes place during spring from February till April. Some like the first flush because it is light and bright whereas some like the second flush because it is full-bodied and dark and some like autumn flush as it is bold but deeply fruity.
