Not sure I could see any of the health benefits for PCOS specifically, but I was worried about the smell not being too fresh, or about any bugs in the package (had read some reviews of teas where this happened). But nothing like that, flavor is great and there's no bugs.

I don’t know if any one else has experienced this problem but I found tiny shells of snails in my tea pack. I immediately threw it out and it was such a waste. It was disgusting because I had already used the tea many times prior to finding these snails. I have no idea what is exactly happening and what the quality check of the products is. But this definitely turned me off the tea and the company it self. So disappointing and disgusting. DO NOT BUY!!!
