The best ingredient in this tea which worked wonders for me is GINGER.I am very susceptible to cold and almost always have a running nose , I lately incorporated this green tea in my daily routine and I do see a difference.- This comes in a sealed pack , packet can be reused for storage- The taste is again very nice , it specially soothens the throat.-Ginger and Tulsi being the ingredient works wonders for anybody with flu , cold or weak immunity.
