I expect Amazon to pack Tea Bags in card board box. Item is delicate and gets damaged in shipping activity . Moreover I seems to have been opened and re-packed.I doubt regarding authenticity of Darjeeling Tea bag packet.This was NOT the case with English Breakfast Tea delivery. It was in perfect order.Please note both these items are costly and need proper attention.
