It's sad to add the nagetive review but the powder is fully mixed with sand and dirt.I tried with water for some days, i used to let the sand particles settle down before consuming it but now my stomach hurt.Atleast care for people's health who are already suffering from health issues.Bhai wo "Teri mitti mein mill jawaanGul banke main khill jawaan" ganey main accha lagta hai KHANE main nahi...Completely waste of money and health

The quality of the product has improved because the first time i made purchased it was very sandy in taste but this time the product was much cleaner. Do keep up the good works and also take extra care while processing and packaging the jamun seeds powder also since I found the product very sandy in taste. Both gudmar and jamun are good for maintaining blood sugar level, controls blood pressure and helps maintain healthy lipids profile.
