I have a very long history of dysentery (aanv). I'd feel irritated bowel all the time and see foam like stiff in my stool. Every single time my body would go lethargic when i passed the stool. A good product for IBS affected persons. Results might vary for everyone. Still not the perfect solution for my problem. The taste is bitter. It's better to mix it in hot water and keep it for sometime until it cools down, and then stir it briskly before drinking as Granules don't mix in normal water.
