4 out of the 5 packs were good. BUT THE REMAINING 1kg PACK WAS DAMAGED AT THE BOTTOM AND THE CHIA SEEDS HAD BEEN SPILLED ALL OVER THE CARDBOARD CARTON. Otherwise I would have given maximum rating.To be honest the quality of the CHIA SEEDS were quite good. Anyway I don't want to be harsh with anybody since this is a FESTIVAL season I sincerely convey my best wishes to each and everyone including AMAZON and as well as the SELLER a prosperous and true happiness. Max 4-6 spoons per day.1kg contains 500-600 spoons so calculate.Go for 1kg or 500grams pack.This product is the best which I have used till now, go for it without second thoughts. Lowers triglycerides and helps in metabolism and omega 3 + weight loss.4 spoons in two glasses of water for dinner - I see my tummy go inside in 15 days
