I have been buying this item since long. However this time I ordered two of these. On using the first time, we found that the recipe seems to have been changed, but the contents as mentioned on the bottle were similar to earlier supply.The taste of the current milk masala is too pungent, with no or very little Green Cardamom & Ginger. This opinion is backed by both my wife and my son. We have stopped using the masala.Such strong pungent milk masala is of NO USE in current form. The date of packing as mentioned on both the bottles is 02-Sep-2021. One bottle is still in sealed condition.Request please intimate options we have to make good the loss.

As a buyer, I was interested in taste as well as health benefits. However, one does not know anything about the quality of the ingredients. One has to assume that they are authentic and give the health benefits that are attributed to them. Personally, I went by Urban Platter's credibility as a seller.On the container it is stated that 1 teaspoon has to be added to a cup of hot milk. However, 1 teaspoon may be too much. It tastes good with just a quarter teaspoon in one cup of milk. If one adds more than that the drink may become too strong.P.S. I am changing my rating (from 5 stars to 2 stars) because this product has cinnammon powder which does not dissolve. The powder irritates the throat and makes you cough. Also there is a residue which stays in the bottom of the cup.

The ingredients are pure and rich. I add less than they prescribe because I don't want it very strong. And the best part is I have the freedom to add or not add sugar. The flavour is simply awesome.
