It made sugar levels more uneven. I observe random spikes every now and then since I started taking it regularly. It tastes so bad that it is torture taking it. Not all bitter things can improve your sugar level. Don't fall for it. They force you to buy at least two packs. I am now throwing away the other pack to save myself from it.
